Sberbank's mortgage loans reached HUF 15,007,970 mil, up from HUF 11,549,202 mil compared to the previous year. Historically, the bank’s mortgage loans reached an all time high of HUF 15,007,970 mil in 2017 and an all time low of HUF 3,268,967 mil in 2009.
At the end of 2017, mortgage loans represented 17.3% of Sberbank's loan book.
Comparing Sberbank with its closest peers, PKO BP's mortgage loans amounted to HUF 7,854,172 mil at the end of 2017, Ceska Sporitelna operated with HUF 2,740,068 mil mortgage loans and OTP Group had a mortgage loan book of HUF 2,456,350 mil at the end of 2017.
