Based on a comparison of 124 countries in 2013, Egypt ranked the highest in development assistance with USD 5,506 mil followed by Afghanistan and Vietnam. On the other end of the scale was China with USD -651 mil, Malaysia with USD -119 mil and Azerbaijan with USD -63.1 mil.
