Based on a comparison of 30 countries in 2015, Luxembourg ranked the highest in quality of postal service in terms of letters delivered on-time with 99.6% followed by Slovenia and Switzerland. On the other end of the scale was Romania with 23.4%, Poland with 60.9% and Serbia with 71.1%.
