Based on a comparison of 36 countries in 2011, Hungary ranked the highest in deaths by cancer of colon, rectum and anus per 100,000 people with 50.6 followed by Slovenia and Japan. On the other end of the scale was Mexico with 3.38, South Africa with 4.22 and Brazil with 6.84.
