Based on a comparison of 36 countries in 2013, Hungary ranked the highest in deaths by cancer of trachea, bronchus and lung per 100,000 people with 86.7 followed by Denmark and Netherlands. On the other end of the scale was Mexico with 5.20, Costa Rica with 6.01 and Colombia with 8.43.
