Which Country Produces the Most Eggplants?

Based on a comparison of 87 countries in 2021, China ranked the highest in eggplant production with 37,425 kt followed by India and Egypt. On the other end of the scale was Sweden with 0.020 kt, Djibouti with 0.058 kt and Costa Rica with 0.095 kt.
