Based on a comparison of 20 countries in 2015, China ranked the highest in cadmium production with 8,200 tonnes followed by South Korea and Japan. On the other end of the scale was Argentina with 39.0 tonnes, Armenia with 40.0 tonnes and India with 69.0 tonnes.
