Based on a comparison of 27 countries in 2012, France ranked the highest in pupils learning spanish at isced level 3 as a percentage of total with 67.5% followed by Sweden and Norway. On the other end of the scale was Latvia with 0.500%, Lithuania with 0.600% and Romania with 2.20%.
