Based on a comparison of 29 countries in 2014, Ireland ranked the highest in medical graduates per 1,000 physicians with 75.3 persons followed by Denmark and United Kingdom. On the other end of the scale was Israel with 14.7 persons, Switzerland with 24.1 persons and Japan with 25.7 persons.
