Based on a comparison of 29 countries in 2014, Estonia ranked the highest in female physicians as a percentage of total with 105% followed by Lithuania and Latvia. On the other end of the scale was Japan with 19.6%, South Korea with 21.9% and Luxembourg with 34.0%.
