Based on a comparison of 125 countries in 2021, Qatar ranked the highest in female to male tertiary enrollment rate with 183% followed by Maldives and Seychelles. On the other end of the scale was Afghanistan with 38.7%, Guinea with 45.9% and Niger with 48.1%.
