Average nominal growth of residential property prices in the local currency reached 4.67% in 2017 in the World according to the National Statistical Office. This is 23.8 % less than in the previous year and 4.51 % more than the average we have seen in the last 10 years.
Historically, average nominal growth of residential property prices in the local currency reached an all time high of 14.0% in 2006 and an all time low of -1.10% in 2009. The average annual growth amounted to -0.507 % since 1900.
