Based on a comparison of 38 countries in 2012, Georgia ranked the highest in induced abortion ratio per 1,000 births with 511 followed by Russia and Estonia. On the other end of the scale was Poland with 1.94, Malaysia with 10.2 and Tajikistan with 42.5.
