Based on a comparison of 32 countries in 2014, USA ranked the highest in industrial petroleum stocks with 1,148 mil barrels followed by Japan and Canada. On the other end of the scale was Luxembourg with 0.728 mil barrels, Estonia with 0.885 mil barrels and Slovenia with 1.15 mil barrels.
