Addiko Bank Slovenia employed 357 persons in 2017, down 9.62% when compared to the previous year. Historically, the bank's workforce hit an all time high of 487 persons in 2013 and an all time low of 333 in 2007.
Average cost reached EUR 3,684 per month per employee, 20.9% more than a year ago. This figure was EUR 2,849 per month some 10 years ago.
Staff accounted for 59.2% of total operating expenditures in 2017.
Comparing Addiko Bank Slovenia with its closest peers, UniCredit Bank Slovenia had 568 employees with average cost of EUR 3,583 per month per person, Sberbank Slovenia operated with 354 people (and EUR 3,461 per month per employee) and NKBM Group had 1,576 employees in 2017 with cost of EUR 3,242 per month per head.
The average staff cost per employee reached EUR 2,650 per month in the Slovenian banking sector in 2017.
