Average cost reached EUR 2,151 per month per month per employee, 3.62% less than a year ago. This figure was EUR 2,132 per month some 10 years ago.
Comparing Nova Ljubljanska banka with its closest peers, NKBM Group had 1,576 employees with average cost of EUR 3,242 per month per person, Abanka Group operated with 1,047 people (and EUR 3,135 per month per employee) and SKB Banka had 912 employees in 2017 with cost EUR 912 per month per head.
