Nova Ljubljanska banka reported total revenues of EUR 489 mil, up 2.71% compared to the previous year. Historically, the bank’s revenues containing of interest, fee and other non-interest income reached an all time high of EUR 688 mil in 2008 and an all time low of EUR 69.3 mil in 2013. The average revenue in the last five years amounted to EUR 407 mil.
Bank's total revenues accounted for 3.99% of total assets in 2017, up from 3.95% a year earlier.
Comparing Nova Ljubljanska banka with its closest peers, NKBM Group generated total revenues of EUR 143 mil, or 2.90% of assets in 2017, Abanka Group operated with EUR 120 mil total income, or 3.29% revenue margin and SKB Banka produced total income worth EUR 111 mil, or 3.49% of assets.
Slovenian banking sector generated total revenues of EUR 1,074 mil in 2017, down 4.70% when compared to the previous year. As a result, the top ranked company - Nova Ljubljanska banka accounted for 45.5% of the sector’s total income in 2017. The top 3 companies held a 70.0% share while the five largest firms some 86.9% in 2017.
