Privatbanka employed 186 persons in 2017, up 11.4% when compared to the previous year. Historically, the bank's workforce hit an all time high of 186 persons in 2017 and an all time low of 80.0 in 2004.
Average cost reached EUR 3,118 per month per employee, 2.33% less than a year ago. This figure was EUR 2,171 per month some 10 years ago.
Staff accounted for 59.7% of total operating expenditures in 2017.
Comparing Privatbanka with its closest peers, Prva Stavebna Sporitelna had 406 employees with average cost of EUR 3,061 per month per person, Postova Banka operated with 1,051 people (and EUR 2,977 per month per employee) and Sberbank Slovakia had 540 employees in 2017 with cost of EUR 2,806 per month per head.
The average staff cost per employee reached EUR 75,861 per month in the Slovak banking sector in 2017.
