Raiffeisenbank Russia's capital adequacy ratio reached 26.3%, up from 20.6% when compared to the previous year. Historically, the bank’s capital ratio hit an all time high of 26.3% in 2016 and an all time low of 11.2% in 2007.
Comparing Raiffeisenbank Russia with its closest peers, Rusfinance Bank ended the year 2016 with a capital adequacy ratio at 22.3%, Rosbank with 20.9% and UniCredit Bank Russia some 19.3% at the end of 2016.
The average capital adequacy reached 13.1% in the Russian banking sector in 2016.
