Based on a comparison of 11 banks in Poland in 4Q2016, PKO BP had the most employees, followed by Pekao and Santander Bank Polska.

PKO BP employed 29,441 persons in 4Q2016, up 1.90% when compared to the previous quarter and up 0.753% when compared to the same period of last year. Historically, the bank's workforce hit an all time high of 35,386 persons in 4Q2004 and an all time low of 27,387 in 4Q2013.
