Based on a comparison of 11 banks in Poland in 1Q2016, PKO BP generated the largest fee income, followed by Pekao and Santander Bank Polska.
PKO BP reported total fee income of PLN 635 mil, down 8.37% when compared to the previous quarter and down 6.44% when compared to the same period of last year. Historically, the bank’s fee income reached an all time high of PLN 818 mil in 4Q2010 and an all time low of PLN 279 mil in 1Q2005.
When compared to the nearest peers, Pekao generated total fee income of PLN 562 mil, Santander Bank Polska operated with PLN 473 mil fee income and ING Bank Slaski produced total fees worth PLN 254 mil.
