What Banks in Czechia Paid its Staff the Most in 2018?

Based on a comparison of 26 banks in Czechia in 2018, J&T Banka was paying its employees the best, followed by PPF Banka and Trinity Bank.

J&T Banka employed 485 persons in 2018, up 3.63% when compared to the previous year. Historically, the bank's workforce hit an all time high of 689 persons in 2015 and an all time low of 95.0 in 2004.

Average cost reached CZK 185,052 per month per employee, 4.13% less than a year ago. This figure was CZK 69,141 per month some 10 years ago.

Staff accounted for 51.5% of total operating expenditures in 2018.

Comparing J&T Banka with its closest peers, PPF Banka had 235 employees with average cost of CZK 135,461 per month per person, Trinity Bank operated with 102 people (and CZK 127,525 per month per employee) and SAB Finance had 60.0 employees in 2018 with cost of CZK 121,057 per month per head.

The average staff cost per employee reached CZK 81,148 per month in the Czech banking sector in 2018.
