What Banks in Czechia Paid its Staff the Most in 2017?

Based on a comparison of 26 banks in Czechia in 2017, J&T Banka was paying its employees the best, followed by PPF Banka and SAB Finance.

J&T Banka employed 468 persons in 2017, up 3.08% when compared to the previous year. Historically, the bank's workforce hit an all time high of 689 persons in 2015 and an all time low of 95.0 in 2004.

Average cost reached CZK 193,020 per month per employee, 11.2% more than a year ago. This figure was CZK 65,808 per month some 10 years ago.

Staff accounted for 47.0% of total operating expenditures in 2017.
