What Banks in Czechia Had the Most Employees in 2016?

Based on a comparison of 26 banks in Czechia in 2016, Ceska Sporitelna had the most employees, followed by Komercni Banka and CSOB.

Ceska Sporitelna employed 10,371 persons in 2016, down 1.24% when compared to the previous year. Historically, the bank's workforce hit an all time high of 14,131 persons in 2000 and an all time low of 10,371 in 2016.

Average cost reached CZK 73,675 per month per month per employee, 5.45% more than a year ago. This figure was CZK 59,483 per month some 10 years ago.

Comparing Ceska Sporitelna with its closest peers, Komercni Banka had 8,615 employees with average cost of CZK 67,992 per month per person, CSOB operated with 8,517 people (and CZK 73,480 per month per employee) and UniCredit Bank Czecho-Slovakia had 3,328 employees in 2016 with cost CZK 3,328 per month per head.
