Slovak banking sector provided mortgage loans of EUR 25.4 bil in 2017, up 12.8% when compared to the last year.
VUB Banka accounted for 21.3% of all mortgage loans issued in Slovakia at the end of 2017. Historically, the bank’s market share in mortgage loans reached an all time high of 22.8% in 2010 and an all time low of 18.0% in 2015.
