Historically, the bank’s costs reached an all time high of 111% of income in 2005 and an all time low of 40.8% in 2003.
When compared to total assets, bank's cost amounted to 2.20% in 2012, up from 1.80% a year earlier.
Staff accounted for 35.8% of total operating expenditures in 2012. The bank operated a network of 73.0 branches and employed 1,169 persons in 2012.
