Historically, the bank’s net interest margin reached an all time high of 19.9% in 2009 and an all time low of 3.96% in 2000. The average margin in the last five years amounted to 11.0%.
Average asset yield was 14.6% in 2018, up from 13.2% when compared to previous year. On the other hand, cost of funding amounted to 6.40% in 2018, up from 6.29%.
