Historically, total petroleum consumption in Lithuania reached an all time high of 83.9 '000 bpd in 1992 and an all time low of 51.6 '000 bpd in 2003. When compared to Lithuania's main peers, total petroleum consumption in Belarus amounted to 164 '000 bpd, 28.5 '000 bpd in Estonia, 36.7 '000 bpd in Latvia and 3,512 '000 bpd in Russia in 2015.
