Historically, total petroleum consumption in Ukraine reached an all time high of 813 '000 bpd in 1992 and an all time low of 222 '000 bpd in 2015. When compared to Ukraine's main peers, total petroleum consumption in Poland amounted to 533 '000 bpd, 183 '000 bpd in Romania and 3,512 '000 bpd in Russia in 2015.
