Total cigarette consumption fell 3.33% to 1,740 mil in Estonia in 2016, according to the National Statistical Office.

Historically, total cigarette consumption in Estonia reached an all time high of 2,460 mil in 2007 and an all time low of 1,710 mil in 2012.
