Electric vehicles rose 349% to 13.5% in Germany in 2020, according to ACEA (Electrically Chargeable Vehicle = Battery Electric Vehicles+Extended-Range Electric Vehicles+Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles+Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles.
Historically, Electric vehicles in Germany reached an all time high of 13.5% in 2020 and an all time low of < 0.001% in 2009. When compared to Germany's main peers, Electric vehicles in Austria amounted to 9.50%, 10.7% in Belgium, 11.3% in France and 1.89% in Poland in 2020.
