Electric vehicles rose 293% to 16.4% in Denmark in 2020, according to ACEA (Electrically Chargeable Vehicle = Battery Electric Vehicles+Extended-Range Electric Vehicles+Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles+Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles.
Historically, Electric vehicles in Denmark reached an all time high of 16.4% in 2020 and an all time low of 0.357% in 2013. When compared to Denmark's main peers, Electric vehicles in Germany amounted to 13.5%, 24.9% in Netherlands, 74.8% in Norway and 32.2% in Sweden in 2020.
