Electric vehicles rose 13.7% to 0.070% in India in 2019, according to ACEA (Electrically Chargeable Vehicle = Battery Electric Vehicles+Extended-Range Electric Vehicles+Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles+Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles.
Historically, Electric vehicles in India reached an all time high of 0.070% in 2019 and an all time low of 0.007% in 2012.
India has been ranked 38th within the group of 39 countries we follow in terms of Electric vehicles, 35 places below the position seen 10 years ago.
