Unmanufactured tobacco production rose 0.816% to 216 tonnes in Bhutan in 2022, according to the National Statistical Office.
Historically, unmanufactured tobacco production in Bhutan reached an all time high of 216 tonnes in 2022 and an all time low of 70.0 tonnes in 1980. When compared to Bhutan's main peers, unmanufactured tobacco production in Bangladesh amounted to 92,326 tonnes, 2,188,100 tonnes in China, 772,152 tonnes in India and 1,383 tonnes in Nepal in 2022.
