Unmanufactured tobacco production fell 7.19% to 19,370 tonnes in Greece in 2021, according to the National Statistical Office.
Historically, unmanufactured tobacco production in Greece reached an all time high of 186,600 tonnes in 1992 and an all time low of 19,370 tonnes in 2021. When compared to Greece's main peers, unmanufactured tobacco production in Albania amounted to 1,620 tonnes, 6,050 tonnes in Bulgaria, 24,329 tonnes in Macedonia and 73,000 tonnes in Turkey in 2021.
