Unmanufactured tobacco production fell 28.2% to 13,910 tonnes in Greece in 2022, according to the National Statistical Office.

Historically, unmanufactured tobacco production in Greece reached an all time high of 186,600 tonnes in 1992 and an all time low of 13,910 tonnes in 2022. When compared to Greece's main peers, unmanufactured tobacco production in Albania amounted to 1,792 tonnes, 3,820 tonnes in Bulgaria, 25,978 tonnes in Macedonia and 82,250 tonnes in Turkey in 2022.
