Time required to register property fell 6.96% to 53.5 days in Vietnam in 2018, according to the National Statistical Office.

Historically, time required to register property in Vietnam reached an all time high of 67.5 days in 2007 and an all time low of 53.5 days in 2018. When compared to Vietnam's main peers, time required to register property in Cambodia amounted to 55.0 days, 9.00 days in China, 28.0 days in Laos and 9.00 days in Thailand in 2018.
