Historically, time required to build a warehouse in Japan reached an all time high of 197 days in 2012 and an all time low of 108 days in 2013. When compared to Japan's main peers, time required to build a warehouse in China amounted to 155 days, 169 days in Russia, 27.5 days in South Korea and 80.6 days in USA in 2018.
