Tax revenue fell 1.74% to EUR 17.3 bil in Slovakia in 2020, according to the National Statistical Office.

Historically, tax revenue in Slovakia reached an all time high of EUR 17.6 bil in 2019 and an all time low of EUR 4.59 bil in 1995. When compared to Slovakia's main peers, tax revenue in Austria amounted to EUR 92.2 bil, CZK 819 bil in Czechia, HUF 11,073 bil in Hungary and PLN 409 bil in Poland in 2020.
