Historically, tax revenue in Luxembourg reached an all time high of EUR 16.5 bil in 2019 and an all time low of EUR 0.346 bil in 1972. When compared to Luxembourg's main peers, tax revenue in Belgium amounted to EUR 101 bil, EUR 571 bil in France, EUR 359 bil in Germany and EUR 194 bil in Netherlands in 2020.
Luxembourg has been ranked 93rd within the group of 111 countries we follow in terms of tax revenue, 14 places above the position seen 10 years ago.
