Skoda Auto - Workforce (1998-2014)

In 2014, Skoda Auto sold more than 1 million cars for the first time reaching a market share of 1.6% worldwide. That is compared to only 210,000 cars, the Company sold in 1995. Skoda Auto had some 26,765 employees in 2014, only 1% more than a decade ago. At the same time, however, the production has more than doubled during the same period. The average cost per employee has increased 70% (90% in the USD terms) to CZK 61,274 (or USD 2,867 per employee and month).
