Slovak banking sector provided mortgage loans of EUR 25.4 bil in 2017, up 12.8% when compared to the last year.

Sberbank Slovakia accounted for 1.92% of all mortgage loans issued in Slovakia at the end of 2017. Historically, the bank’s market share in mortgage loans reached an all time high of 3.59% in 2014 and an all time low of 0.960% in 2012.
