Sberbank made a net profit of RUB 776,280 mil under revenues of RUB 2,473,700 mil in 2020, up -15.7% and 12.3% respectively compared to the previous year.
Historically, the bank’s net profit reached an all time high of RUB 920,560 mil in 2019 and an all time low of RUB 13,553 mil in 1997. The average profit in the last five years amounted to RUB 763,268 mil.
On the other hand, bank’s revenues amounted to an all time high of RUB 2,473,700 mil in 2020 and an all time low of RUB 75,986 mil in 1995. The average revenues in the last five years reached RUB 2,101,260 mil.
Comparing Sberbank with its closest peers, VTB Bank generated a net profit of RUB 177,160 mil with revenues of RUB 905,500 mil in 2020.
