Sberbank's retail loans reached RUB 9,255,300 mil at the end of 2020, up 17.4% compared to the previous year. In the last decade, the average annual loan growth amounted to 21.5%.
Overall, retail loans accounted for 39.6% of the bank's loan book at the end of 2020.
Mortgage loans rose 21.6% to RUB 5,219,300 mil in 2020 and accounted for 56.4% of the retail loan portfolio.
