Sberbank made a net profit of RUB 205,580 mil under revenues of RUB 590,700 mil in the fourth quarter of 2020, down 5.28% and 4.42% respectively when compared to the same period last year.
Historically, the bank’s net profit reached an all time high of RUB 282,860 mil in 3Q2020 and an all time low of RUB -440 mil in 1Q2009. The average profit in the last six quarters amounted to RUB 204,080 mil.
On the other hand, bank’s revenues amounted to an all time high of RUB 665,400 mil in 3Q2020 and an all time low of RUB 69,162 mil in 1Q2007. The average revenues in the last six quarters reached RUB 593,533 mil.
When compared to bank's main peers, VTB Bank generated a quarterly net profit of RUB 41,620 mil with revenues of RUB 252,300 mil in 4Q2020.
