Historically, the bank’s cost of risk reached an all time high of 2.76% in 3Q2008 and an all time low of -0.134% in 4Q2017. The average cost of risk in the last six quarters amounted to 0.584%.
On the other hand, average asset yield was 3.93% in 1Q2022, up from 2.08% when compared to the same period last year. Cost of funding amounted to 1.99% in 1Q2022, up from 0.538%.
When compared to bank's main peers, Ceska Sporitelna operated in the first quarter of 2022 with a cost of risk of 0.077% CSOB reached -0.019% and Komercni Banka some 0.080%.
