Sales of passenger cars rose 13.0% yoy to 3.88 thousand in Slovenia in October 2023, according to ACEA. This is 4.20% less than in the previous month.

Historically, sales of passenger cars in Slovenia reached an all time high of 8.08 thousand in April 2008 and an all time low of 1.85 thousand in April 2020. When compared to Slovenia's main peers, sales of passenger cars in Austria amounted to 18.9 thousand, 3.71 thousand in Croatia, 8.43 thousand in Hungary and 139 thousand in Italy in October 2023.
