Sales of cars as a share of worldwide production fell 27.9% to 0.035% in Lebanon in 2019, according to ACEA.

Historically, sales of cars as a share of worldwide production in Lebanon reached an all time high of 0.066% in 2008 and an all time low of 0.031% in 2006. When compared to Lebanon's main peers, sales of cars as a share of worldwide production in Cyprus amounted to 0.020%, 0.376% in Israel, 0.022% in Jordan and 0.018% in Syria in 2019.
