Sales of cars as a share of worldwide production fell 26.9% to 0.971% in Iran in 2019, according to ACEA.
Historically, sales of cars as a share of worldwide production in Iran reached an all time high of 2.53% in 2010 and an all time low of 0.971% in 2019. When compared to Iran's main peers, sales of cars as a share of worldwide production in Iraq amounted to 0.080%, 0.255% in Pakistan and 0.008% in Turkmenistan in 2019.
