Historically, sales of cars as a share of worldwide production in Bahrain reached an all time high of 0.075% in 2014 and an all time low of 0.038% in 2006. When compared to Bahrain's main peers, sales of cars as a share of worldwide production in Iran amounted to 0.971%, 0.154% in Kuwait, 0.062% in Qatar and 0.722% in Saudi Arabia in 2019.
